Cà Amalia is a stylish and modern two bedrooms and two bathrooms apartment located in a lovely and quiet area, far from the crowds but within walking distance to San Marco Square. The cozy vibe and chic decoration will make you feel at home.
Our charming and bright apartment can comfortably accommodate four people. It consists of two large double bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room.
After sightseeing-filled days in the city, it will be a pleasure to come back home at Ca' Amalia Venetian Apartment.
Each room is accurately furnished, from the large windows you will enjoy the sequence of changing light of the day and your every day will start pleasantly with a relaxed breakfast in the dining area.
Shops, restaurants, coffee places are a few steps away from the property.
The apartment provides Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, bed linens & bath towels.

For this apartment, in accordance with WHO's recommendations, we adopt effective procedures for an accurate cleaning of all surfaces and fabric materials.

Please remember that on your arrival I will have to ask you for the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Venice, your valid identity documents, and the signature of the rental contract as required by law.
Check-in is between 1.00 pm and 7.30 pm. After this time and no later than 10.00 pm it is subject to availability, I will ask you for an extra fee of 50 euros. If you plan to arrive before 1.00 pm, you can drop the luggage off in the apartment from 10.30 am but you must leave enough time for cleaning.
You will stay in a unique city that has its own rules (the rubbish collection in particular and I will explain it to you on arrival) and you will live for a few days like a real Venetian with Venetian neighbors. I ask you to follow the same rules as you do in your own city when you are not on holiday. Thank you.
