This is a pleasant place for a short break for fun but also for a rather long stay as it is suitable for smart working due to good and fast wi-fi internet connection.
It is a contemporary apartment on the second floor of a typical Venetian building.
The listing has a wide living space full of natural light; there is a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, a full equipped kitchen area with a dining table and chairs, a double bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a shower.
Ca' Jole is located close to bars and restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, in the charming Saint Mark District but away from the crowd, and it is well connected to Santa Lucia railway station and Marco Polo Airport.
Speed wifi, air conditioning/heating, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, linen, iron, and ironing board are all be available.
My staff and I will be at your disposal before your arrival to organize the check-in and during your stay.

Dear Guest, since the Venice Council has introduced the tourist tax for all visitors, please note that at your arrival, I must ask you for euros 4,00 in cash for each person for each night of your stay (for a maximum of five nights).
Unfortunately, if I add this tax to the final rate, you will have to pay also the percentage for the channel services, so, I think it is more correct to ask for city tax at your arrival in cash, without additional costs
Since I do have not the concierge service, it would be very appreciated your arrival between 1:30 pm and 7:30 pm. Late check-in is also possible till 10:00 pm but it is subject to availability and with the extra charge of euros 50 to pay cash at your arrival. Check-out is around 10/10:30 am with the possibility to store your luggage in a safe place until noon.
I know that the system makes accurate verification on your profile, but the Italian Law (as in many other Countries) requires the identification for all guests visiting Italy.
For this reason, at your arrival, I have to ask for your documents details (like in the hotels and B&B)
Please note that a holiday spent in a real house is a different way to experience a foreign city.
So please remember that a private house is not like a hotel.
Please, do not forget to bring with you your personal belongings for the shower (shower soap and shampoo).
