Ca' Malvasia is a beautiful and elegant house with a private garden, in the historical core of Venice but away from the tourist flows.
It is located in one of the most exclusive areas of this district of San Marco, few steps far from Campo Santo Stefano with its beautiful bars and restaurants.
It will be your secret place, hidden between a typical Venetian canal and a small courtyard with private entrance.
The house comfortably accommodates five people and it is on two levels: at the ground floor there are a fully equipped kitchen, living room overlooking the garden where you can have your meal or a relaxing aperitif and one of the two bathrooms (with shower); the second floor is reserved for the sleeping area with the master bedroom, double bedroom, single bedroom with a delightful small reading corner and bathroom with bathtub.
The excellent location is perfect for see-sighting the city as you can easily reach on foot the most interesting sites such as Piazza San Marco, Palazzo Ducale, Palazzo Grassi, the Accademia Galleries with its precious treasures, the Rialto Bridge, the interesting Palazzo Fortuny and last but not least the enchanting tiny streets that always reserve amazing surprises.
The cozy atmosphere of this house will enchant you and you will fall in love with this lovely place.
In short, the perfect place to fully experience Venice.
Few steps away there is the Santa Maria del Giglio boat stop, our meeting point, where Alilaguna line orange from the airport stops and where line 1 boat from railway station stops too.
Nearby there is a well-stocked supermarket, the pharmacy and excellent restaurants. I will be happy to suggest some tips at check-in. WiFi, air conditioning/heating, all linen are provided.

Please, before proceeding with your reservation, read carefully the following rules:
since the Venice Council has introduced the tourist tax for all visitors, please note that at your arrival, I must ask you for euros 4,00 in cash each person per each night of your stay (for a maximum of five nights).
Unfortunately, if I add this tax to the final rate, you will pay also the percentage for the channel services, so, I think it is more correct to ask for the city tax at your arrival in cash, without additional costs.
Since there is not a concierge service for tourist apartment, it would be very much appreciated your arrival between 1:30 pm and 7:30 pm. Late check-in is also possible but with the extra charge of euros 50 to pay cash at your arrival. Check-out is around 10/10: 30 am with the possibility to store your luggage until noon.
I know that the booking system makes accurately verification on your profile, but the Italian Law (as in many other Countries) requires the identification for all guests visiting Italy.
For this reason, at your arrival, I have to ask for your documents details (like in the hotels and B&B.
Please note that spending your holiday in a private house is a different way to experience a foreign city.
So please remember that a private house is not like a hotel.
