It is well located and easy to reach from the boat/vaporetto stop at San Marco/San Zaccaria. Only a few steps away you can find shops and restaurants.

Please remember that on your arrival I will have to ask you for the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Venice, your valid identity documents, and the signature of the rental contract as required by law.
Check-in is between 1.00 pm and 7.30 pm. After this time and no later than 09.00 pm it is subject to availability, I will ask you for an extra 50 euros. If you plan to arrive before 1.00 pm, you can drop the luggage off in the apartment from 10.30 am but you must leave enough time for cleaning.
You will stay in a unique city that has its own rules (the rubbish collection in particular and I will explain it to you on arrival) and you will live for a few days like a real Venetian with Venetian neighbors. I ask you to follow the same rules as you do in your own city when you are not on holiday. Thank you.
