The name of this flat was specifically chosen because, as soon as you open the door, your eye falls on a table signed by Gio Ponti. Actually, the whole house is furnished with extreme care; every detail denotes the passion with which the spaces have been conceived and the sensation of being immersed in an environment of great charm envelops you inexorably, giving a great sense of satisfaction to the spirit and the eyes.
The flat comprises a spacious living room with high ceiling and large windows, a walk-in study, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with the sleeping area.
The location itself, in Calle de le Oche, is suggestive because it is typically Venetian, not touristy, even though it is central. Campo San Giacomo dall'Orio, just a few steps away, is stunningly beautiful and there are restaurants, bars, and a supermarket nearby.

For this apartment, in accordance with WHO's recommendations, we adopt effective procedures for an accurate cleaning of all surfaces and fabric materials.

Please remember that upon your arrival I will have to ask you for the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Venice, your valid identity documents, and the signature of the short rental contract as required by law.
Check-in is between 1.00 pm and 7.30 pm. After this time and no later than 10.00 pm, I will have to ask you for an extra of 50 euros. If you plan to arrive before 1.00 pm, you can drop the luggage off in the apartment from 10.30 am but you must leave enough time for cleaning.
You will stay in a unique city that has its own rules (the rubbish collection in particular and I will explain it to you on arrival) and you will live for a few days like a real Venetian with Venetian neighbors. I ask you to follow the same rules as you do in your own city when you are not on holiday. Thank you.
